Get to Know Me
Josh Mendoza has been a proud American Canyon resident since 1990. Prior to moving to American Canyon, he lived in Daly City for more than 10 years, where he spent his early childhood. After settling in American Canyon as a teenager and growing up, he got married and raised his own family here, with all three of his sons attending Calvary Baptist Christian Academy. Josh is deeply connected to both his faith and his community.
Licensed since 2016 and with RE/MAX Gold since 2019, Josh specializes in the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, & investment properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on Napa and Solano Counties. His local expertise and commitment to client success have made him a trusted advisor in today’s real estate market.
In addition to real estate, Josh actively gives back to the community. He currently serves as Board Chair of the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce, after three years as CFO, and sits on the Chamber Foundation Board supporting youth workforce, entrepreneurship, and education programs. He is also a Board Member with the Napa Solano Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), advocating for greater homeownership opportunities across Asian communities and beyond. Josh also loves to support local businesses and nonprofits, especially those that promote and celebrate his native Filipino culture.
When not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family. Whether at a social gathering, community event, business function, or church activity, the Mendoza family can often be found out and about supporting the city they proudly call home.
